orders of £50 or more will ship for free with standard shipping, faster delivery rates are available for an additional fee at checkout.
Items will ship as soon as ready according to production time noted on the items listing description.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking numbers will be provided as standard in the shipping price for international orders.
In the event you do not receive your item, or you are unsure of its location due to lack of activity on your tracking, contact the shipping provider directly first, because if the item is traceable this will be the quickest way you will get the information you need.
If the item is not traceable and it has been 4 weeks or more since the due delivery date, I will offer you a refund or send out a replacement item.
Lost parcel claims cannot be made more than 6 months after the due delivery date.
