Refund policy

Items from my store are made to order from a large selection of options that are often unique to the individual buyer, are wearable, and will show age in a short amount of time. Because of this, I am unable to accept cancellations once the work has started, and I am unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty in a way that is not as described on the listing. 

If an item is faulty, either through a detail I missed, or through postal damage. You will have the option to return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

If you would like to keep the faulty product, I will offer a partial refund that will reflect the discount I would sell it at as an offcast.

You must inform me of any issues with the product within 30 days of receiving it to be offered a refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
